The Natural Bar plays ball!

OCEANSIDE, CA (April 17-2005) - The Natural Whole Food Bar (TNB) has signed a corporate sponsorship agreement with the Lake Elsinore Storm baseball team. The Storm are a “single A” affiliate of the San Diego Padres (MLB) organization. Details of the deal include Natural Bars being tossed out to the home crowd each time a Storm player hits a home run, multiple thousands of Natural Bars being handed out to those attending home games, a 10’ x 15’ outfield billboard as well as numerous radio commercials and in stadium events. Company President, CEO and Founder Dan Armentrout said “it’s a wonderful opportunity to partner with a great baseball organization to promote our brand during America’s pastime.” According to Mr. Armentrout TNB will utilize the marketing plan to promote those retail partners in the greater South Riverside Inland Empire areas that carry The Natural Bars. At press time the retail brands who will be tagged in all advertising including participating at the in stadium events are: Wild Oats, Bally Total Fitness, The Vitamin Shoppe, 24 Hour Fitness, GNC and the Navy & Marine Corps Exchanges.

Mr. Armentrout also stated that The Natural Bars will be sold at the stadium and via isle vendors at all home games. The Storm baseball team is owned by Gary Jacobs who’s father Irwin Jacobs founded international technology giant Qualcomm.
